Challenge

The challenge was designing an intuitive, trustworthy tech support platform that builds credibility through clear value proposition, social proof, and transparent service offerings while presenting multiple categories accessibly. The design needed to capture user information efficiently via callback forms, demonstrate global scale through metrics and testimonials, showcase cross-platform compatibility, and balance professional expertise with approachable, non-intimidating language to serve users with varying technical expertise seeking urgent support.

Solution

Designed a comprehensive UX/UI for a tech support platform featuring a hero section with clear CTAs, interactive callback request form, and trust-building elements including key metrics and customer testimonials. Created six service category cards (Computer Tune-Ups, Virus & Malware Removal, Installs & Setups, Home Networking, Program Errors & Crashes, Training & Guidance) with consistent visual hierarchy. Implemented a device compatibility matrix, benefits section highlighting remote fixes and dedicated support, and responsive footer with policy links.
