About Me

Skills & Approach

I've been designing since 2012 and writing code since 2021. Not two separate careers — one integrated skill set that makes every product I touch look better and work better.

Artem Turlenko — Full-Stack Developer

My Story

From curious developer to full-stack specialist, here's how it all started.

"Most people go deep on one thing. I went deep on all of them."

This is what drives every decision I make.

I started as a designer. Brand identity, UI, user flows — I spent years learning how to make things look and feel right. Then I got curious about the code behind the interfaces I was designing, and everything changed.

Learning to build what I used to only design gave me something most people on either side of that line don't have — full context. I know why a developer pushes back on a design decision, and I know when they shouldn't. That perspective makes the work sharper.

Today I work across the full stack: React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL — whatever the product needs. But the design instinct never left. It shows up in the details: the spacing, the transitions, the way a form feels to fill out.
