This project encompasses the complete user interface and experience design for Zano's cryptocurrency marketplace website. The platform serves as a central hub for users to swap cryptocurrencies, track token releases, monitor market data, and manage their trading activities. The design system delivers a professional, data-rich interface that presents complex financial information in an accessible and visually compelling way, with responsive layouts optimized for desktop and mobile trading environments. The platform combines real-time data visualization, intuitive transaction flows, and clear information hierarchy to serve both experienced traders and cryptocurrency newcomers.

The primary challenge was designing a complex marketplace platform that presents real-time cryptocurrency data, trading pairs, and swap functionality in an intuitive and visually organized manner. The interface needed to handle multiple user personas—from experienced traders requiring advanced analytics to newcomers needing simplified pathways. Requirements included creating clear visual hierarchies for coinswap flows, designing responsive dashboards displaying price charts and market data, structuring token release information accessibly, implementing consistent design across dozens of screens and interactive states, and ensuring the interface felt trustworthy and secure for financial transactions. The design needed to balance visual sophistication with usability while accommodating mobile trading scenarios.
Solution
I developed a comprehensive UI/UX design system for the marketplace platform including wireframes and user flows for all key features: coinswap interface with trading pair selection, amount input, and confirmation screens; token release calendar and information layouts; market dashboard with price charts and portfolio tracking; and user account management sections. Created a complete design system with color palettes for cryptocurrency market states (gains/losses), typography hierarchy for data presentation. Designed multiple interactive states for trading flows, loading states for real-time data, and error handling screens. Implemented mobile-responsive layouts ensuring the complex interface remains usable on smaller screens. Developed animated transitions and micro-interactions that provide feedback during transactions and enhance the overall trading experience. Delivered detailed design specifications and interactive prototypes for developer handoff.
